Who is responsible for TheCashCount

TheCashCount is created and maintained by Andy Chung. Andy is responsible for the product decisions, source-review process, corrections, and releases.

The site does not present Andy as an accountant, banker, lawyer, fraud investigator, or cash-management professional. It does not publish fictional team members, customer stories, testimonials, credentials, or usage statistics.

What the product does

TheCashCount is a free Cash Operations Toolkit for counting physical bills and coins. The calculator converts the quantities you enter into denomination subtotals and a Cash Count total. It can also compare that total with Expected Cash for a Cash Drawer Reconciliation.

Cash Count Data stays in the browser on the current device. The product does not require an account and does not send entered quantities or calculated amounts to a remote service.

Editorial standards

TheCashCount aims to make every factual cash-denomination claim traceable and correctable.

• Currency facts are checked against primary official sources, normally a central bank, monetary authority, mint, or government currency program.
• Currency records distinguish Circulating, Legacy, and Retired Denominations instead of treating every historically issued note or coin as current.
• Source links, the last verification date, and the next planned review date are shown beside calculator data.
• Worked examples must agree with the same calculation rules used by the live calculator.
• Material corrections are applied to the source data or content and reviewed anywhere the affected fact is reused.

If a denomination, source, calculation, or explanation looks wrong, email corrections@thecashcount.com or use the Contact page. Include the page address, the statement that may be wrong, and an official source when one is available.

Operational guides

The English product includes practical guides for counting a cash drawer, counting loose coins, and preparing a cash denomination sheet for a bank deposit. Each guide uses the same calculation rules as the live Cash Counter Calculator and shows its official source material.
